Account Manager
When you join us you will be allocated an account manager. He will work with you very closely over the first three months to ensure you're fully up to speed with the software and that you know how to get the most out of it. He'll be working with you to help you get your clients using the software.
Telephone Support
For our SME users we only offer support via email. For Orbit customers we ensure we can provide you with support over the telephone.
Development Input
Orbit and the end user software are constantly being further developed and improved.
