Quite often our customers already have accountants, but their accountants have no interest in online accounting applications. Instead these accountants insist that the client uses a product such as Sage 50. So the client is forced to choose to either change accountants or change software. More often than not they change accountants and ask us to refer them to someone.
Keep in Touch
When your clients log into their account they are presented with an Overview screen. This screen gives them an overview of their current financial position which may be tailored by you.
Your clients have an extra area on their Overview page that you control. So you can provide a heading such as "Latest News From XYZ Accounting” and then any text that you like. This is also an excellent way of cross-selling your other services that clients may not be aware of, for example payroll.
No More Shoe Boxes
At any time you can view a Trial Balance and Profit & Loss report for any of your clients. You can make journal entries and you can also choose to download all of their information in Sage compatible CSV files.
