The Rt. Hon. Lord Young of Graffham first invested in the company in January 2006 and was appointed to the role of Chairman in January 2008.
Lord Young became Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and President of the Board of Trade in 1987.
Lord Young was invited to become Executive Chairman of Cable & Wireless PLC in October 1990 where he served until November 1995.
He founded Young Associates Ltd, a Private Equity house in 1996 where he is currently Chairman and is also Chairman of a number of companies on AIM.
Lord Young was the President of the Institute of Directors from 1993 to 2002.
Duane JacksonCEO & Founder
Duane Jackson has background is in IT, primarily working with Microsoft technologies..
He has worked on IT projects for a range of large companies including Proctor and Gamble, BBC, BNP Paribas and Reuters.
On starting his first business in 2003 he struggled to find an easy to use accounting product that could be used with little training. From speaking to other start-up businesses he discovered most of them were still using spreadsheets.
He recognised this as an opportunity to fill a gap in the market and KashFlow was born.
Michelle GorsuchSales Director
Michelle Gorsuch relocated to the south of England in 2000, having previously worked within the Marine Electronics sector for 10 years.
Michelle embarked on a 7 year career within the recruitment industry. During this period whilst working for the UK?s largest independent recruiter, she was awarded 'Recruitment Consultant of the Year'.
After being approached Duane Jackson with the task of building a sales team at KashFlow, she researched the company to confirm her gut feeling as a seasoned sales person, that this role and company was a perfect fit.
Michelle Gorsuch was promoted to Sales Director in 2007.
Graham Cox
Graham has many years of experience working with some of the leading accounting and finance software vendors and is delighted to have the opportunity to work as the Account Manager at KashFlow, assisting our hundreds of accountants successfully implement KashFlow within their practice.
Crucially Graham has also worked in practice so can relate well to the challenges of running a successful and profitable firm and how cloud solutions can contribute to this. In his spare time Graham is a keen footballer and squash player – and a VERY average golfer. He also enjoys comedy, music and travel.
